No direct meetings will be involved. Customers can reschedule the session in case of unavoidable circumstances only once within a span of 15 days from the booking and afterwards it will be null n void. Timing of service: The service will be provided only within the business hours of Shopmatic's office in India. Appointment timings will be set up with mutual consent. For missed appointments, 1 make up session may be offered dependent on the service booked. Makeup sessions will not be provided for appointments missed on group services like webinars.
